Delivery & Returns


The items purchased at French Toasts online store are sent by DHL Express worldwide, MRW Spain or Correos depending on destination.

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Barcelona, Spain.

We offer different shipping options. The price of each shipping will be calculated automatically and will vary depending on your location.

When making the order, if you are outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for payment of local customs taxes.


The procedure for returning an item purchased in our store is the following:

  1. Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the product send us an email to and send it back to us within 15 days from the date you received the product, letting us know your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all the original labels and packaging. French Toasts will not refund any amount if the product has been damaged or altered.
  3. To return the item/s simply send the product back contacting the courier service or local post office most convenient for you and send it to the address that will be specified in the return confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. In the event that we mistakenly sent you an item different to the one purchased or with a defect please contact us at French Toasts will cover the costs of both shipping and return.
  5. The refund will be made by using the same form of payment as used to pay for the Product.
  6. Once we have confirmed that the returned item/s are in perfect condition with all original labels and packaging, you will receive an email notifying you the amount that will be credited to your account.

Note that until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.


At the moment we don’t offer an exchange service through our website To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.
